About the role
- Define and own the product roadmap for the eFiling platform
- Act as a subject matter expert in the relevant product domains and markets
- Coordinate and prioritize the product needs and features between all Internal i3 Vertical teams and external parties
- Collaborate with appropriate parties to determine cost, price models, and profit models
- Engage with court administrators, sales IT and Implementation teams to gather requirements
- Participate in agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Ensure the eFiling solution complies with state and federal court rules, accessibility standards, and data privacy laws
- Champion intuitive design and user workflows for attorneys, self-represented litigants, and court clerks
- Partner with marketing, sales, customer success and external partners to support product growth
- Monitor product performance through analytics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Identify and mitigate product, operational, and legal risks throughout the product lifecycle
- Review customer support tickets to determine trends and/or future features
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience, preferably with SaaS or enterprise software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Law, or related field or minimum of 5 years of related Product Management experience.
- Experience with government, legal tech, or court systems strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development lifecycles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with legal document standards, APIs for court integration, and electronic filing service providers (EFSPs) is a plus.
