About the role

  • Define and own the product roadmap for the eFiling platform
  • Act as a subject matter expert in the relevant product domains and markets
  • Coordinate and prioritize the product needs and features between all Internal i3 Vertical teams and external parties
  • Collaborate with appropriate parties to determine cost, price models, and profit models
  • Engage with court administrators, sales IT and Implementation teams to gather requirements
  • Participate in agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Ensure the eFiling solution complies with state and federal court rules, accessibility standards, and data privacy laws
  • Champion intuitive design and user workflows for attorneys, self-represented litigants, and court clerks
  • Partner with marketing, sales, customer success and external partners to support product growth
  • Monitor product performance through analytics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Identify and mitigate product, operational, and legal risks throughout the product lifecycle
  • Review customer support tickets to determine trends and/or future features

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience, preferably with SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Law, or related field or minimum of 5 years of related Product Management experience.
  • Experience with government, legal tech, or court systems strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development lifecycles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with legal document standards, APIs for court integration, and electronic filing service providers (EFSPs) is a plus.
