About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure the daily operation and management of Tanium platforms for our clients
Perform recurring activities related to Asset Management, Patch Management and vulnerability management
Ensure adherence to service commitments (SLAs, quality, timelines)
Oversee the handling of requests, incidents, changes and recurring operations
Analyze malfunctions and implement appropriate corrective actions
Produce operational deliverables and associated reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 2–3 years of experience with the Tanium platform
Strong proficiency with Tanium modules related to Asset Management and Patch Management
Knowledge of enterprise Windows environments and large-scale endpoint/asset management
Proficiency in software deployment processes and update management
Good understanding of workstation and server security concerns
Fluent English required (written and spoken) to operate in an international context
