About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure the daily operation and management of Tanium platforms for our clients
  • Perform recurring activities related to Asset Management, Patch Management and vulnerability management
  • Ensure adherence to service commitments (SLAs, quality, timelines)
  • Oversee the handling of requests, incidents, changes and recurring operations
  • Analyze malfunctions and implement appropriate corrective actions
  • Produce operational deliverables and associated reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience with the Tanium platform
  • Strong proficiency with Tanium modules related to Asset Management and Patch Management
  • Knowledge of enterprise Windows environments and large-scale endpoint/asset management
  • Proficiency in software deployment processes and update management
  • Good understanding of workstation and server security concerns
  • Fluent English required (written and spoken) to operate in an international context
