About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Receive incoming parts shipments and verify quantities against packing slips and purchase orders.
Unload, inspect, label, and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
Pick and stage parts orders accurately for technicians, customers, and branch deliveries.
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
Assist with shipping outbound orders, including packaging and preparing freight.
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided as needed).
Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
Identify and report inventory discrepancies or damaged products.
Assist with moving, organizing, and replenishing inventory throughout the warehouse.
Support the parts department in meeting customer and technician needs in a timely manner.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory control, distribution, or parts department experience preferred.
Ability to safely lift, carry, and move heavy parts and materials throughout the day.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
Experience working with heavy-duty truck, automotive, industrial, or equipment parts preferred.
Prior forklift experience or willingness to obtain certification.
Familiarity with warehouse management or inventory control systems.
Understanding of shipping, receiving, and inventory best practices.
Experience working in a dealership, truck center, or industrial warehouse environment.
