About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end deployment of global Learning & Development solutions across CMS, GLMS, virtual classroom platforms, Degreed, MTM, and collaboration tools
- Oversee pre-launch, launch, and post-launch activities to ensure accurate and timely delivery
- Manage collection sites, sub-sites, pages, evaluation links, reporting requirements, content inventory, archiving, retirement, and annual maintenance
- Advise stakeholders on content and deployment standards, naming conventions, tagging, testing, and quality assurance
- Partner with ITS, Digital HR, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and support platform enhancements
- Consult with stakeholders on deployment processes, standards, and best practices
- Serve as primary contact for deployment inquiries, escalations, and operational requirements
- Lead large-scale, cross-functional deployment projects from planning through post-launch support
- Manage schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, communications, and progress reporting
- Coordinate Train-the-Facilitator, Virtual Classroom, and Instructor-Led Training deployments
- Provide platform guidance and technical support to content developers, learning teams, facilitators, and content consumers
- Coordinate testing, troubleshooting, technical producer requirements, and implementation of new platforms and enhancements
- Coordinate team workload and capacity, chair meetings, prioritize resources, and promote documentation and knowledge sharing
- Identify and implement continuous improvements to deployment processes, workflows, consistency, and quality
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5 years of experience in learning deployment, learning technology, learning operations, or a related L&D function
- Demonstrated experience leading learning solution deployments across multiple platforms and learning modalities
- Experience with Learning Management Systems, content management platforms, virtual classroom technologies, and digital learning tools
- Experience managing complex or cross-functional learning deployment projects
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to develop expertise across learning technology platforms
- Strong project and program management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, deadlines, and dependencies
- Excellent organizational, planning, prioritization, and coordination skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to build collaborative relationships across global and cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement
- Ability to work independently while providing leadership and direction in a collaborative team environment
- Flexibility to occasionally work outside standard business hours for global teams and time zones
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, virtual, globally distributed environment
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail and service quality
