• Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to secure new business and grow existing business
• Utilize multiple channels to engage prospective clients and establish an ongoing pipeline of new sales opportunities
• Use business acumen, sector knowledge, and experience to establish and enhance relationships with key contacts and decision-makers at prospective customer accounts.
• Qualify leads gathered from tradeshows, databases, and other company initiatives
• Leverage industry knowledge and collaborate with Pulse Learning consultants to craft learning solutions that have a measurable business impact on our Clients
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate Pulse Learning's value proposition
• Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements to meet revenue targets and business objectives
• Collaborate with Global Operations during the development and delivery of solutions, with an intense focus on Client satisfaction
• Follow a disciplined, methodical, process-oriented approach to sales activities
• Represent Pulse Learning at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand awareness and promote the company's learning solutions
• Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management, demonstrating progress reaching sales targets

• Lead the candidate selection process for remote project positions
• Lead candidate reference and background checks, salary negotiations, and the facilitation of the onboarding process
• Conduct recruitment strategy meetings with hiring team leaders to ensure a complete understanding of the job requirements, candidate suitability, and qualifications needed to fill the role
• Ensure screening, interview, selection criteria, and onboarding is consistent and effective
• Review candidate applications and assess candidate qualifications against criteria established through the scope of work
• Conduct thorough candidate pre-screening interviews and recommend highly qualified and diverse candidates
