About the role

  • Play a meaningful role in operation, reliability, and performance of the organization’s IT infrastructure, technical services, and end-user support.
  • Own the day-to-day delivery of infrastructure and operational services, ensuring systems and networks are stable, secure, and responsive to organizational needs.
  • Work collaboratively across departments to implement technology solutions, resolve technical issues, support business operations, and lead teams responsible for infrastructure and technical support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, systems engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Five to 10 years of experience in IT management with responsibility for infrastructure, operations, and/or technical support.
  • Broad experience with IT infrastructure systems, including networks, servers, cloud environments, storage, and endpoint management.
  • Experience leading infrastructure and operations teams in a multi-site or distributed environment.
  • Demonstrated success managing IT operating budgets, capital planning, and vendor/service provider relationships.
  • Proven ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing and diverse technical teams.
  • Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical teams, non-technical staff, and leadership.
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
