Security Engineer

• Ensure systems comply with all applicable security policies, procedures, and standards, including those mandated by government regulations and cybersecurity strategy

Administration

• Responsible for the Associate Director, Community Living Services
• Ensures that homes are safe and well-maintained
• Directs, supervises, and assists in planning overall operation of the supported living program
• Arranges work assignments and schedules to ensure proper coverage as needed
• Maintains a system of program evaluation
• Assists with the preparation of and operates program within the annual budget
• Provides for and supervises the accurate accounting and expenditures based on approved budgets

Supported Living Administrator

Administrative Assistant

• Play a meaningful role in overall office activities, including the reception area, phones, visitors, mail, and supply orders.
• Responsible for performance of general clerical activities.

Administrative Coordinator

• Provide basic laptop/mobile support (Windows, Mac, Linux, Apple, Android).
• Provide basic software support for agency specific applications and others, including Microsoft Office365, Google Apps, and other business applications.
• Provide problem diagnosis and resolution for basic software, hardware, and network issues, equipment setup.
• Recognize when to escalate unresolved issues to advanced support staff and provide seamless handoffs.
• LAN support, networked printer support, basic internal network/server troubleshooting, configure wireless settings/patching.
• Monitor system performance and report anomalies.
• Offer users step-by-step solutions and provide clear instructions on software and hardware usage.
• Receive, log, manage, refer or resolve incident tickets within the prescribed processes and SLAs.
• Provide support for software and application installation and upgrades.
• Identify, communicate, and eliminate trends related to technology incidents.
• Maintain confidentiality about the information being processed, stored, or accessed by the end-users on the network.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple competing tasks.
• Attend training sessions and stay updated with system information, changes, and updates.

IT Support Specialist I

Business Development Rep

• Lead the design and execution of business development plans aligned with Boundless’ Strategic Plan.
• Research and analyze new market opportunities, prepare business cases, and present recommendations to executive leadership.
• Oversee integrated project management plans for new business ventures, including marketing, outreach, and operational support.
• Supervise and develop Outreach Managers and Client Relationship Specialists to drive program enrollment and community engagement.
• Build strong relationships with referral sources, stakeholders, and community partners to expand awareness and participation in Boundless programs.
• Collaborate with Communications to ensure consistent messaging and effective local and regional campaigns.
• Serve as an ambassador for Boundless at community events, presentations, and conferences.
• Collaborate closely with program and executive leadership to advance new lines of service, geographic expansion, and strategic partnerships.
