Establish and lead the maintenance organization across Mechanical, Electrical, PLC, Robotics/Automation, and Hydraulic/Pneumatic functions
Define organizational structure, roles, headcount, and shift coverage aligned to production ramp‑up phases
Build maintenance governance, standard work, escalation processes, and communication cadence
Develop skills matrix, certification standards, and long‑term training and succession plans
Lead, coach, and develop maintenance managers, engineers, and technicians
Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and condition‑based maintenance strategies
Lead greenfield implementation and stabilization of CMMS / SAP PM
Establish PM job plans, equipment criticality, spare parts strategy, and documentation standards
Own equipment lifecycle management from installation through optimization and replacement
Lead maintenance readiness for SOP, including staffing, PMs, spares, documentation, and training
Support equipment installation, FAT/SAT, commissioning, and production ramp‑up
Ensure stable operation of Fab Shop and Dry Trailer Assembly Lines
Manage maintenance KPIs including downtime, OEE, MTBF, MTTR, and cost
Drive root cause analysis and permanent corrective actions
Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, NEC, LOTO, machine safety, and company standards
Partner with Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Safety, and SCM
Manage vendors, contractors, service agreements, and emergency support
Report maintenance performance and risks to Plant Leadership and HQ
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
Minimum 12 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environments
Proven experience leading large, multi discipline maintenance organizations
Strong experience with new plant setup or major production ramp up
Deep understanding of industrial equipment, automation, and maintenance systems
Strong knowledge of maintenance KPIs, reliability engineering, and continuous improvement
Experience working in U.S. manufacturing environments with regulatory compliance
