About the role
- Cooperation with QuickStart, major universities, technical colleges
- Development of training courses for office workers (Onboarding, leadership, communication, etc.) / production workers (Stamp, welding, etc.)
- Operate the education course, monitor the training activity, and audit the system.
- Prepare the education course such as the education activity (schedule, trainer, invitation, etc.), the training place, and training equipment to monitor the education activity.
- English education course operation and support.
- Perform other occasional tasks/duties related to the job.
Requirements
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree
- 0-3 years of relevant years of experience in L&D experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office products or equivalent applications
- Extensive knowledge and experience in analyzing data and developing proposals.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- Preferred: Bilingual (Korean, English), Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL)
