About the role
- Perform fixed asset accounting functions for accurate and timely asset accounting
- Monitor Test Vehicle Tracking System
- Prepare/print supplier invoices in SAP
- Reconcile and follow-up on supplier statements
- Timely review of purchase requisitions and invoices
- Complete month-end closing and reporting duties
- Maintain fixed asset master in SAP
- Assist with budget transfers and supplements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent desired
- 0 – 10 years of job-related experience desired
- 5 – 10 years’ experience in Accounting and manufacturing preferred
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation desired
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
- SAP preferred
