About the role

  • Manage and coordinate all General Affairs activities for the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, establishing policies, supervising operations.
  • Lead and manage the General Affairs Strategic Planning Section.
  • Mentor and develop staff through coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop, refine, and execute strategic initiatives.
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and monitor progress against KPIs.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Perform trend analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning.
  • Identify bottlenecks and propose innovative measures to improve cross-functional coordination.
  • Plan, organize, and execute departmental and organizational events.
  • Coordinate logistics, resources, and stakeholder communication for successful event delivery.
  • Evaluate event outcomes and prepare post-event reports for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in General Affairs or a related field.
  • Experience and strong knowledge in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and management software.
  • Flexibility in working hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
