About the role
- Responsible for collecting, processing and reporting emissions, fuel economy, OBD and field trends
- Responsible for scheduling emissions & fuel economy testing as required
- Help develop and maintain efficient test data analysis and storage
- Review emissions, fuel economy, OBD and field data
- Support Governance tracking of all Compliance reporting
- Follow and report on issues and changes to EPA and CARB
- Conduct root cause analysis of vehicles/tests related to Certification and Compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 7+ years in automotive engineering
- Knowledge of OBD II, emissions, and fuel economy test procedures
- Prior experience interacting with government regulatory authorities would be beneficial
