About the role
- Monitor and summarize information on Federal and State motor vehicle safety regulations under consideration
- Assist with preparation of written comments in response to government safety regulatory actions or inquiries
- Provide recommendations to engineering staff for action in response to upcoming safety requirements
- Provide updates, summaries, and/or presentations related to motor vehicle safety trends and technologies
- Review vehicle regulations and test procedures (FMVSS, state, & territories) for product applicability and draft conclusion documents
- Support compliance audit efforts on new products
- Support company during various safety compliance and/or NCAP tests
Requirements
- Pursuing undergraduate degree
