About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering/STEM roles and sales/business roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements.
- Post job openings and manage requisitions across various platforms.
- Source candidates through multiple channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct pre-employment phone screenings.
- Guide candidates through the interview process.
- Prepare and submit hiring approval requests.
- Extend verbal offers and prepare offer letters.
- Plan and host New Hire Orientation.
- Maintain applicant tracking system records.
- Track and report recruiting metrics.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional recruiting experience required.
- Experience recruiting for both technical/engineering and sales roles strongly preferred.
- Experience recruiting within automotive, manufacturing, or R&D environments a strong plus.
- PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent certification a plus.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office capabilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be reliable (with reliable mode of transportation).
- Strong work ethic.
- Must have proven multitasking and organizational skillset.
- Service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from different cultures and backgrounds.
