About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering/STEM roles and sales/business roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements.
  • Post job openings and manage requisitions across various platforms.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct pre-employment phone screenings.
  • Guide candidates through the interview process.
  • Prepare and submit hiring approval requests.
  • Extend verbal offers and prepare offer letters.
  • Plan and host New Hire Orientation.
  • Maintain applicant tracking system records.
  • Track and report recruiting metrics.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional recruiting experience required.
  • Experience recruiting for both technical/engineering and sales roles strongly preferred.
  • Experience recruiting within automotive, manufacturing, or R&D environments a strong plus.
  • PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent certification a plus.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office capabilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be reliable (with reliable mode of transportation).
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Must have proven multitasking and organizational skillset.
  • Service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals from different cultures and backgrounds.
