Key responsibilities & impact

Provide advanced technical leadership in Telematics system development, validation, and feature integration.
Interpret and influence Telematics specifications.
Lead validation strategy and collaborate with HQ and internal engineering teams.
Mentor junior engineers.
Contribute to methodology improvement, exploratory testing, and advanced test case development across Telematics, multimedia, and broadcast domains.

Requirements

What you’ll need

BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
5–7 years of experience in Telematics engineering, validation, or system development
Experience with OEM vehicle development projects from start to production
Design and/or validation experience in Telematics systems
Software testing experience in vehicle infotainment systems
Experience in test case development and specification/requirement analysis.
Senior-level Telematics engineering and leadership capability
Experience with CAN, TCP/IP, ADB, and automotive communication technologies
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional and global collaboration
Ability to lead technical discussions and resolve complex issues
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
