About the role
- Design, deliver, and continuously improve global sales training programs
- Partner closely with global and regional sales leaders to identify capability gaps
- Lead the execution of training programs end-to-end
- Manage and coach a global team of sales training leaders
- Balance global consistency with regional flexibility by establishing training standards
- Measure training effectiveness using defined KPIs
- Communicate program outcomes and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in sales training, adult learning, or instructional design
- 6-8 years of experience leading and developing people, including remote or globally distributed teams
- Demonstrated success managing large-scale or global training programs
- Professional certifications in sales training, instructional design, leadership, or facilitation preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage global stakeholders
