About the role
- Travel 75% of the time to engage with Major Account customers
- Identify and pursue target accounts to maintain a flow of qualified opportunities
- Develop and execute sales plans tailored to customer needs
- Implement sales strategies to meet annual goals
- Conduct fleet application surveys to support RFP submissions
- Communicate customer expectations clearly and design profitable service solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business; MBA a plus
- At least 7 years’ relevant business experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial equipment or materials handling sectors
- Demonstrated knowledge of fleet management principles
- Proven success in solution-based selling and pipeline management
- Exceptional ability to present solutions and value to stakeholders
- Ability to assess customer operations and develop tailored solutions
- Advanced PC skills with expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms
