About the role

  • Create accurate kitchen layouts and renderings in 2020 Design based on architectural plans or field measurements
  • Prepare complete bid packages for multi-unit residential projects, including layouts, renderings, and itemized pricing and ordering spreadsheets
  • Coordinate with in-office staff via WhatsApp to relay feedback and revise designs as needed, with no direct client interaction
  • Organize and maintain project files and documentation in cloud-based systems such as DiskStation

Requirements

  • Experienced with 2020 Design: Proficient in creating layouts and renderings using 2020 kitchen design software
  • Adaptable: Can learn to use feet and inches and learn to compile complete design and pricing packages with training if needed
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail in design, measurement, and pricing tasks across multiple units
  • Experience: Experience in the sales aspect—estimates, pricing, SKUs—is a plus, but not necessary
