About the role
- Build, manage and strategically develop relationships with brokers, broker pools and cooperation partners
- Actively acquire new insurance brokers — including via innovative and digital sales channels
- Sustain and expand long-term business relationships
- Plan and conduct trainings, roadshows, trade shows and customer retention activities
- Analyze market and competitor developments in insurance distribution
- Develop and maintain your own sales and partner management system
- Deliver trainings and appointments at changing locations across Germany
Requirements
- Completed training as an insurance and finance specialist or a comparable academic qualification
- Solid knowledge of property and casualty insurance
- Several years of experience in broker sales or field/account management
- Ideally an existing network of brokers, pools or associations
- Enjoy questioning existing structures and actively further developing them
- High willingness to travel and independent appointment organization
- Interest in digital processes and modern sales approaches
- Strong communication skills, persuasiveness and a confident, professional presence
