About the role
- Inspection of residential, commercial and special-purpose properties, both interior and exterior
- Conducting five pre-planned daily routes with approximately 40 appointments per week
- Assessing and documenting the structural/technical condition of properties
- Taking measurements, calculating living areas and documenting the current construction status
- Regular digital communication with colleagues about current team matters
Requirements
- Affinity for real estate and initial experience in the real estate sector
- Experience with floor area measurements and take-offs
- Communicative, reliable and able to work independently
- Accuracy, conscientiousness and responsible conduct
- Neat, service-oriented and friendly appearance
- Proficiency with office software such as Excel, MS Teams and Outlook
- Driving licence class B and some driving experience
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
