About the role
- You review, draft and negotiate contracts (cooperation agreements, SaaS agreements and IT service contracts)
- You monitor compliance with applicable compliance requirements
- You keep compliance requirements under constant review
- You work closely with the Hypoport compliance team
- You contribute your expertise and actively participate in initiatives across the Hypoport network
- You advise on banking supervisory and regulatory matters
- You support the assessment of legal risks and accompany strategic decisions
- You are the primary point of contact for management and our teams on legal questions
Requirements
- Fully qualified lawyer (Volljurist) or business lawyer (Wirtschaftsjurist) with relevant professional experience in contract law and banking supervisory law
- Ideally, experience in an IT, fintech or banking environment
- Enjoy shaping legal relationships and implementing legal requirements
- Ability to translate complex issues into clear language and communicate in a target-group-oriented manner
- High willingness to learn and flexibility to respond to legal developments and market changes
- Strategic thinker with a quick grasp of issues and a solution-oriented working style
