About the role

  • You manage projects for clients with a focus on funding drawdown requests, usage reports, final reports and invoicing
  • You are responsible for creating and maintaining the team's internal deadline management
  • You coordinate and communicate with funding agencies and clients after project completion
  • You analyze and improve commercial/financial processes, including preparing and managing reports
  • You organize team events and take on additional organizational tasks

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed commercial vocational training or hold a comparable qualification in the banking sector
  • Ideally, you have gained initial experience in project management
  • You work in a focused and conscientious manner and have an eye for critical details
  • You have an affinity for numbers and data as well as strong analytical skills
  • You demonstrate a structured, solution-oriented and careful way of working
  • You are eager to take initiative and tackle tasks with commitment and enthusiasm
  • You are able to communicate facts clearly, in a structured and goal-oriented way — both verbally and in writing
  • You are enthusiastic about commercial tasks combined with a pronounced affinity for technical topics
  • You are confident using MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
