About the role

  • You manage projects for clients with a focus on funding drawdowns, use-of-funds reports, final reports and invoicing.
  • You are responsible for creating and monitoring the team's internal deadline management.
  • You coordinate and communicate with funding agencies and clients following project completion.
  • You analyze and improve commercial processes, including the preparation and maintenance of reports.
  • You organize team events and take on additional organizational tasks.

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed commercial vocational training or hold an equivalent qualification.
  • Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in project management.
  • You work with concentration and diligence and have an eye for critical details.
  • You have an affinity for numbers and data as well as strong analytical skills.
  • You demonstrate a structured, solution-oriented and careful working style.
  • You are eager to take initiative and approach tasks with commitment and enthusiasm.
  • You can communicate facts clearly, structured and purposefully — both verbally and in writing.
  • You are enthusiastic about commercial activities combined with an affinity for technical topics.
  • You are proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
