About the role
- New business & account management: You acquire new customers from target groups such as insurance brokers, housing/property companies and insurers, and manage them professionally.
- Presentation & demonstration: You present the FIO claims management platform and convincingly highlight its benefits.
- Needs analysis & solutions: You analyze customers' needs and develop tailored sales solutions.
- Relationship management: You build long-term customer relationships and maintain them continuously.
- Collaboration & development: You work closely with the marketing and product teams to further develop the platform and our sales strategies.
- Networking & visibility: You represent FIO at trade shows, events and industry conferences, strengthening our network.
Requirements
- Qualification: You have completed commercial training in the insurance sector (e.g., trained insurance clerk/specialist) or hold an equivalent qualification.
- Experience & expertise: You bring several years of experience in the insurance environment (ideally property/casualty insurance and/or claims management) as well as experience in consultative B2B sales. You know the relevant target groups (insurance brokers, insurers) and are used to building and developing customer relationships strategically.
- Communication & persuasiveness: You communicate confidently and convincingly, can explain technical content clearly, and interact on equal footing with insurance professionals in conversations and presentations.
- Team spirit & initiative: You enjoy working in a team, take on responsibility and are keen to actively shape a newly created role.
- Analytics, technical aptitude & networking: You think analytically, have a good technical understanding and can explain digital solutions and platforms clearly in the insurance context.
- Flexibility & mobility: You are willing to travel as required and can organize your workday flexibly and independently.
- Languages: You have native-level German and good English skills.
