About the role

  • You actively establish new partnerships with cooperative banks and savings banks and further develop existing ones
  • You are willing to travel occasionally
  • You develop and are responsible for our sales strategy for the regional banks sector as well as for factoring and leasing companies
  • You convince banks of the added value of our digital manufactory and support them during onboarding and in operational use
  • You monitor market and competitive developments and derive opportunities from them
  • You are responsible for KPIs, volumes and reporting for your area
  • You ensure that the quality standards for financing projects are met and maintained throughout the process

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in the corporate banking segment in sales, credit analysis and/or business development
  • Very good understanding of banks' structures, processes and requirements
  • A strong network in the banking sector — or a proven ability to build one
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinker, entrepreneurial, and enthusiastic about digital platform solutions
  • Independent, structured and results-oriented working style
  • You are motivated by a high level of personal responsibility
