Requirements

  • Several years of practical experience in mortgage financing advisory
  • Certification under the Residential Real Estate Lending Directive / §34i GewO
  • Leadership is a strength of yours (or you are ready to take it on now)
  • Market understanding, strong intermediation and closing skills
  • EUROPACE knowledge is a plus
  • You work in a structured and self-responsible way
  • You communicate clearly and appreciatively internally and externally — professional, reliable, human.
