About the role

  • Creation and structuring of financing concepts
  • Support in identifying suitable public funding programs and preparing complex subsidized loan and funding applications
  • Participation in strategic company analyses
  • Evaluation and analysis of annual financial statements and other business documents
  • Preparation of business cases including all information relevant to banks and funding institutions on the company, market and financing project
  • Preparation for and participation in client meetings and negotiations with funding agencies and financing partners through to implementation/disbursement.

Requirements

  • You have a banking qualification and several years of experience in corporate banking at a financial institution
  • You are interested in Corporate / Structured Finance and want to deepen your expertise in this area
  • You have a good understanding of economic and financial relationships and can quickly familiarise yourself with new topics and industries
  • Your analytical skills enable you to structure complex issues clearly and present them persuasively
  • Confident user of MS Office (particularly Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel)
