Requirements
- University degree (e.g., Business Administration, Business Psychology, Marketing/Communications) or a comparable qualification
- Relevant professional experience in Customer Experience, User Experience, or a similar field
- Method knowledge of Design Thinking, Service Design, Journey Mapping, and agile working methods
- Strong project management skills
- Analytical thinking and a proactive approach
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
