About the role

  • You are the first point of contact for support and service inquiries related to our digital financing platform
  • You assist Sparkassen and distribution partners with technical and subject-matter questions — clearly, structurally, and solution-focused
  • You accompany new partners through technical onboarding and ensure a successful start
  • You work closely with Sales, Product Management, and IT to continuously improve customer experiences
  • You communicate predominantly digitally — by email, phone, and video call
  • You identify optimization opportunities and proactively contribute ideas to develop our support and service processes
  • You help build and strengthen long-term, trust-based customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training, e.g., as a bank clerk, or an equivalent qualification
  • Initial practical experience with mortgage lending or real estate financing
  • Certification according to § 34i GewO is an advantage, but not required
  • Interest in digital platforms, technical contexts, and modern fintech solutions
  • Structured, independent working style and quick comprehension
  • Confident use of MS Office, ideally with initial experience using CRM systems
  • Plus: Knowledge of the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe or experience in a platform/software environment
