About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Offer tailored investment advice to individual clients in the area of real estate investments
- Analyze attractive energy-efficient real estate projects with high return potential and assist in their selection
- Support high-income clients in understanding and maximizing the benefits of new tax depreciation rules and KfW funding programs
- Develop and maintain client relationships, providing ongoing support and investment updates
- Prepare and present detailed investment proposals and financial forecasts using accurate tools and technology
- Turn real estate investments into "turnkey" investment opportunities for clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Real Estate, Tax Law, Banking, or a related field
- Two or more years of experience in real estate, finance, mortgage lending, or a closely related advisory role
- Solid understanding of real estate investments and their tax implications
- Willingness and ability to broaden knowledge and understand clients’ needs and challenges
- Strong affinity for financial solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills
- Fluency in German and English
- Experience in client development and portfolio management
- Hands-on mentality, passion, and attention to detail
