About the role
- Own and drive the Shopify product roadmap from idea to launch
- Define product vision, goals, and success metrics
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality Shopify features
- Gather requirements from stakeholders, customers, and market research
- Prioritize features based on business impact and user value
- Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Monitor product performance and improve based on data and feedback
- Ensure alignment between product, business, and customer needs
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager
- Strong hands-on experience with Shopify products or platforms
- Good understanding of e-commerce workflows (catalog, checkout, payments, apps)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Ability to make data-driven product decisions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good to Have Experience with Shopify Plus or custom Shopify app development
- Exposure to SaaS or AI-driven products
- Understanding of UX/UI and user-centered design principles
