About the role
- Support the sales team with customer-facing documentation delivery
- Assist in managing enquiries and relationships with customers
- Maintain CRM systems for accurate data and decision-making support
- Engage proactively with customers and leads through follow-ups
- Participate in customer meetings, demos, and site visits
- Support Sales Leadership with scheduling and travel arrangements
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service, sales support, or a similar operational role
- Experience working with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems (HubSpot)
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Reliability and structure in task completion
- Proactive approach in unclear or fast-moving situations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
- Interest in construction, manufacturing, or technology-driven industries
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings, demos, or industry events
