About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Creating game locations from concept to final implementation — including layout design, blockouts, assembly, and gameplay integration.
- Quality control of game locations, ensuring they meet external requirements and technical limitations.
- Optimizing levels to meet performance and technical requirements for mobile platforms.
- Collaborating with artists and other designers to ensure strong visual composition and cohesive gameplay flow.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience as a Level Designer on PC/console or midcore mobile game projects.
- A strong portfolio showcasing level design work.
- Deep technical proficiency with the Unity engine.
- Extensive experience playing multiplayer games.
- Understanding of open-world level design fundamentals.
- High level of ownership and ability to work independently.
- English - B1+ level, Russian - C1 level.
