About the role

  • Run high-impact customer projects: take ownership of 1–2 client deliveries within 3 months, proving that you can manage timelines, stakeholders, and outcomes end-to-end.
  • Drive time-to-value: help customers go live with hx Renew within 3 months of signing, ensuring they adopt the platform quickly and see measurable business impact.
  • Use AI at the core of delivery: from turning hours of workshop discussion into crisp decision-ready summaries, to generating “what-if” scenarios for project timelines, to surfacing risks and dependencies before they become blockers. You’ll be encouraged to test new ways of working and share what you learn, helping shape how we deliver projects in an AI-native way.
  • Be the bridge between customers and internal teams - translating customer needs into clear actions for Technology, Model Development, and Customer Engineering.
  • Drive continuous improvement: design and roll out at least 2 improvements to PM processes (templates, AI-enabled reporting, handover checklists) within your first 6 months.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated project management fundamentals (planning, scheduling, risk/issue tracking, stakeholder comms) through university, internships, or early career roles.
  • Worked directly with stakeholders and adapted communication to fit technical, commercial, or senior audiences.
  • Delivered or contributed to projects in SaaS, technology, financial services, or consulting, showing comfort with complexity.
  • Experimented with AI tools to improve your work, whether summarising, automating, or creating project artefacts - and can talk about where AI adds value (and where human judgment is still critical).
  • Taken the initiative to improve a process, tool, or workflow, and seen it through to adoption.
  • Shown a growth mindset, balancing independence with knowing when to ask for help, and eager to accelerate your learning curve.
Benefits
  • £5,000 training and conference budget for individual and group development.
  • 25 days of holiday plus 8 bank holidays (33 days total).
  • Company pension scheme via Penfold.
  • Mental health support and therapy via Spectrum.life.
  • Individual wellbeing allowance via **Juno**.
  • Private healthcare insurance through AXA.
  • Income protection and Life Insurance.
  • Cycle to Work Scheme
