About the role
- Lead and execute the Company’s global intellectual property strategy
- Oversee the development, prosecution, maintenance, and enforcement of the Company’s patent portfolio
- Manage trademark, copyright, and trade secret protection strategies and policies
- Provide pragmatic legal advice to executive leadership
- Present IP strategy and risk assessments to executive leadership and the Board of Directors
Requirements
- Experienced attorney with strong technical depth and sound commercial judgment
- Leadership capability
- Skilled in managing patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and IP risk management
- Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating technology-enabled commercial agreements
- Advising on IP aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions
