About the role
- Manage daily posting and engagement for multiple founder accounts
- Coordinate with PR, SMM, and community teams to keep founder content in sync with campaigns
- Generate content from project docs, podcast interviews, weekly transcripts, and other source materials
- Create diverse formats and styles of content — from long-form educational articles to hot takes and memes
- Produce a high volume of content and iterate based on analytics
- Work with analytics to measure performance and refine strategies
- Maintain discretion and adhere to NDA requirements
Requirements
- Lives on CT and loves it
- Knows how to write like a person, not like a brand
- Solid shitposting skills
- Organized; can juggle multiple accounts, calendars, and narratives
- Good at producing a high volume of content
- Knows how to use AI to amplify output
- Passionate about crypto
- Willingness to learn continuously
- Discreet and ethical; will sign an NDA
- Strong writing chops
- Impeccable English
- Solid understanding of crypto — infra, DeFi, NFTs, memecoins, history of the space and current metas
- Real CT literacy (memes, KOLs, metas)
- Solid social media experience with taste and ability to get engagement
- Nice to have: ability to edit video and create graphics
- Nice to have: knowledge or experience in TradFi
- Nice to have: technical knowledge or experience
- Must overlap at least half a day with EU and US time zones
