About the role

  • Identify and close new business opportunities, converting prospects into long-term partners
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations and ensure the satisfaction of assigned accounts
  • Define and drive the long-term account strategy, aligned with the client's business objectives
  • Coordinate HYPE's internal resources to address clients' business needs
  • Execute account planning for assigned accounts, in collaboration with Customer Account Managers, Services, and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
  • Lead Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Information (RFI), and evaluation processes
  • Communicate HYPE's value proposition to new and/or existing clients
  • Travel up to 25% of the time to meet clients and attend key events

Requirements

  • Approximately 5 years of full-cycle sales experience, including at least 3 years in technology
  • Proven track record of acquiring new customers ("new logo", hunter role) and managing existing accounts to generate upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Ability to develop and deliver client presentations
  • Ability to develop strategies with large cross-functional teams
  • Strong project management skills
