About the role
- Identify and close new business opportunities, converting prospects into long-term partners
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations and ensure the satisfaction of assigned accounts
- Define and drive the long-term account strategy, aligned with the client's business objectives
- Coordinate HYPE's internal resources to address clients' business needs
- Execute account planning for assigned accounts, in collaboration with Customer Account Managers, Services, and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
- Lead Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Information (RFI), and evaluation processes
- Communicate HYPE's value proposition to new and/or existing clients
- Travel up to 25% of the time to meet clients and attend key events
Requirements
- Approximately 5 years of full-cycle sales experience, including at least 3 years in technology
- Proven track record of acquiring new customers ("new logo", hunter role) and managing existing accounts to generate upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Ability to develop and deliver client presentations
- Ability to develop strategies with large cross-functional teams
- Strong project management skills
