About the role
- Lead a team to deliver innovative edtech solutions from concept to execution and adoption.
- Define a product vision and roadmap that aligns with evolving needs in student experience, compliance, and accessibility standards.
- Develop deep partnerships with educational institutions, accreditation bodies, and technology ecosystems.
- Serve as a thought leader in education innovation, influencing both internal teams and the broader industry.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to create targeted go-to-market strategies for K-12 and higher education markets.
- Shape pricing strategies that reflect institutional funding structures and adoption patterns.
- Monitor trends such as AI in education, adaptive learning, and digital credentialing to keep our solutions ahead of the curve.
- Establish performance metrics tied to student outcomes, institutional impact, and market growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- 12+ years of experience in education technology product management, with 10+ years in executive VP or senior leadership level.
- Deep knowledge of academic operations, student lifecycle, learning management systems, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience in academia is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated success in launching scalable solutions for education markets.
- Exceptional ability to communicate with educators, administrators, and technology leaders.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional, global teams.
