Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive full lifecycle recruiting experience
  • Deep understanding of US & Global GTM talent markets
  • Expertise in building and maintaining talent pipelines
  • Advanced interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills
  • Executive communication and relationship-building skills
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
