• Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers across multiple countries via a global ticketing system.
• Triage incoming tickets assess complexity and prioritize resolution in alignment with SLAs and KPIs.
• Coach leaders on performance and talent management compensation engagement and team development to drive accountability and growth.
• Interpret and apply HR policies in alignment with Hyland’s values culture and global compliance standards along with country-specific laws / regulations.
• Manage employee relations cases through our global case management system with objectivity and speed.
• Conduct investigations document findings and make recommendations that balance risk fairness and business impact.
• Lead complex or cross-regional cases and advise on global ER standards and trends.
• Coordinate end-to-end operational logistics for talent transformation programs and workforce transitions.
• Support and refine HR processes for efficiency scalability and positive employee experience.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation tools within HR workflows.
• Maintain accurate documentation and HR system data (Workday).
