About the role
- Act as the primary HR partner to executive leaders influencing at the highest levels
- Lead mentor and develop a team of HR Business Partners to effectively support global business leaders
- Lead large-scale organizational design and transformation initiatives to support growth
- Serve as a coach and strategic advisor to senior executives
- Design and implement strategies for culture evolution, employee engagement, and change management
Requirements
- 10+ years progressive HR experience including 5+ years in a senior HRBP role
- Experience managing a team of HRBPs in a global data-driven fast-paced environment
- Minimum of 4 years experience in global 'tech'
- Bachelor's degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred
- Executive presence and ability to influence at the highest levels
