About the role

  • Act as the primary HR partner to executive leaders influencing at the highest levels
  • Lead mentor and develop a team of HR Business Partners to effectively support global business leaders

Requirements

  • 10+ years progressive HR experience including 5+ years in a senior HRBP role
  • Experience managing a team of HRBPs in a global data-driven fast-paced environment
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in global 'tech'
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred
  • Executive presence and ability to influence at the highest levels
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
