About the role

  • Meet/exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual territory sales & new business goals
  • Represent HydroPeptide with the highest levels of professionalism
  • Develop and execute meaningful business plans with existing accounts
  • Identify, manage, and execute prospecting opportunities
  • Ensure accurate account notes are entered in Salesforce
  • Stay current with HydroPeptide product education
  • Proactively identify changes in industry
  • Train new and existing accounts on HydroPeptide products and protocols
  • Develop and execute special events to drive sales
  • Attend sales meetings, seminars, and tradeshows as appropriate

Requirements

  • B2B Sales Experience: Minimum of 3 years proven success in business-to-business sales
  • Med Spa or Medical Practice Experience: Previous experience in a medical spa or medical practice setting
  • Territory Management: Proven experience in managing a multi-state territory
  • Sales Target Orientation: Strong commitment to surpassing HydroPeptide's business objectives
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to function as an indispensable member of the team
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability: Demonstrated adaptability to a dynamic sales environment
  • Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office suite
