About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design end-to-end user experiences for AI-driven data insights and workflows
Create intuitive interfaces for conversational, exploratory, and insight-driven interactions
Design explainability and transparency elements that help users understand AI outputs
Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers throughout the product lifecycle
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and refine designs
Translate complex AI and data concepts into clear, usable designs
Define user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Partner with engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and quality implementation
Incorporate user feedback and analytics into design iterations
Advocate for user-centric and ethical design practices in AI systems.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience in UI/UX design for web or enterprise applications
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma or equivalent
Experience designing data-heavy or analytics-driven interfaces
Understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles
Familiarity with AI-powered or intelligent systems is a strong plus
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
6–8 years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products
Experience working on enterprise, data, or AI-driven products
A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking is required.
