About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and manage all go to market systems (SFDC, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Dealhub, Clari)
  • Manage Salesforce configuration changes, including data architecture, workflows and process automation, and custom object/field creation
  • Support teams with standardized dashboards/reports requests
  • Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice/scalable solutions
  • Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date deal staging in Salesforce (SFDC)
  • Provide support to end users, including training, troubleshooting, and resolving issues
  • Manage overall data quality/hygiene and ongoing processes to support data quality

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 2+ years of experience with Salesforce configuration and administration
  • Salesforce Admin certifications (ADM201) or in process
  • Experience with Salesforce development, including APEX and Visualforce, is a plus
  • Experience in using AI to automate Salesforce processes is a plus
  • Experience with other sales tools is a plus i.e., HubSpot, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Dealhub, Clari etc.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team & strong communicator
