About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute revenue strategies that maximize total hotel revenue and profitability
  • Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and demand patterns to inform pricing and inventory decisions
  • Lead forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring accurate projections aligned with business goals
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to support targeted campaigns and demand generation efforts

  • Provide reporting and insights that support strategic decision-making for hotel leadership
  • Mentor and develop revenue and reservations team members, fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of progressive hotel revenue management experience, preferably in a large or complex property
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and outperform competitive sets
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting and data interpretation
  • Service-oriented approach with strong presentation and communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, with a focus on developing and coaching others
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other revenue management tools
  • Highly organized with strong interpersonal and administrative skills
