About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Designing, piloting, and evolving HR service models using a phased, proof-driven approach including pilots to test, refine, and validate service offerings to determine potential for expansion
Developing initial pilot for above property support, including onboarding a team and establishing a foundational performance infrastructure
Validating opportunities for additional pilots
Actively supporting HR Evolution including evolution of the HR operating model
Leading other global initiatives, such as Great Place to Work

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience and proven track record of leading multi-country or enterprise initiatives
Demonstrated experience building or standing up new functions, programs, or service models
Experience operating in complex, multi-site or multi-unit environments
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, particularly in environments without direct authority
Experience developing business cases and demonstrating ROI for new initiatives
Ability to establish metrics, SLAs, and performance tracking frameworks
Strong project and program management capabilities
Experience in hospitality or similarly structured, owner-operated environments
Proficiency with Microsoft office
Familiarity with HR systems, Oracle preferred
Familiarity with AI and HR-specific AI tools
