About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate closely with a broad range of stakeholders across Food & Beverage, Brands, Design, Operations, Standards, Development, Procurement, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Shape Hyatt's culinary vision and procurement strategies throughout the region.
  • Elevate guest experiences, strengthen brand positioning, drive operational excellence, and deliver sustainable value to our hotels.
  • Lead initiatives that balance culinary innovation, brand integrity, cost optimization, and supply chain effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement programs that support Hyatt's growth while meeting the unique needs of diverse markets across Latin America and the Caribbean.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in culinary operations, food & beverage, procurement, supply chain, hospitality operations, or a related business function.
  • Demonstrated experience leading regional or multi-unit initiatives within the hospitality, restaurant, foodservice, or related industries.
  • Proven success in developing and implementing culinary, sourcing, procurement, or operational strategies that drive business performance and enhance guest experiences.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Brands, Design, Finance, Supply Chain, and Food & Beverage.
  • Strong understanding of supplier management, strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, and cost optimization.
  • Experience supporting diverse markets across Latin America and the Caribbean preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required.
