Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate closely with a broad range of stakeholders across Food & Beverage, Brands, Design, Operations, Standards, Development, Procurement, and other cross-functional teams.
Shape Hyatt's culinary vision and procurement strategies throughout the region.
Elevate guest experiences, strengthen brand positioning, drive operational excellence, and deliver sustainable value to our hotels.
Lead initiatives that balance culinary innovation, brand integrity, cost optimization, and supply chain effectiveness.
Develop and implement programs that support Hyatt's growth while meeting the unique needs of diverse markets across Latin America and the Caribbean.

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of progressive experience in culinary operations, food & beverage, procurement, supply chain, hospitality operations, or a related business function.
Demonstrated experience leading regional or multi-unit initiatives within the hospitality, restaurant, foodservice, or related industries.
Proven success in developing and implementing culinary, sourcing, procurement, or operational strategies that drive business performance and enhance guest experiences.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Brands, Design, Finance, Supply Chain, and Food & Beverage.
Strong understanding of supplier management, strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, and cost optimization.
Experience supporting diverse markets across Latin America and the Caribbean preferred.
Fluency in English and Spanish required.
