About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinating destination operations by maintaining strong vendor relationships
Ensuring accurate product information and monitoring service quality
Overseeing transfers and excursions
Conducting quality assurance checks
Responding to incidents in accordance with company protocols
Supporting implementation of local Emergency Response Plan tasks as required
Reporting and escalating local incidents through established system
Communicating operational updates and issues upwards
Collaborating with internal teams to improve service delivery and processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience in tourism, hospitality, or destination management
Experience working with vendors and managing operational processes
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Good time management and problem resolution skills, with strong attention to details
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to company systems
