About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with hotel Directors of Finance and General Managers to support financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning.
Assist in resolving property-level control issues and ensuring compliance with internal policies and management agreements.
Conduct monthly financial reviews and trend analysis across assigned hotels.
Support the Regional Director of Finance and Operations leadership with data-driven recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
Ensure adherence to Hyatt’s accounting principles, internal controls, and financial reporting standards.
Work closely with regional and corporate teams in finance, tax, legal, HR, and operations to address hotel-specific needs.
Contribute to talent development efforts by mentoring finance leaders and supporting succession planning initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or non-related field with appropriate experience
Minimum 5-7 years of progressive hotel finance experience, including property-level leadership roles.
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
Ability to travel regionally as required (40%-50%).
