About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the development and execution of transient, group, and wholesale pricing strategies to maximize RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and total hotel revenue.
- Analyze market demand, booking pace, competitive positioning, and economic trends to identify revenue opportunities.
- Manage inventory controls, rate availability, length-of-stay restrictions, and yield strategies.
- Monitor and optimize distribution channel performance, including Hyatt.com, OTAs, GDS, and third-party partners.
- Assist in implementing and evaluating promotional offers, packages, and special pricing initiatives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field; equivalent professional experience considered.
- Minimum 3–5 years of progressive hotel revenue management experience.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and revenue reporting tools.
- Knowledge of hotel distribution channels, pricing strategies, forecasting methodologies, and demand management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively and independently in either an on-site or remote environment while supporting Hawaii Standard Time business hours.
