About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the development and execution of transient, group, and wholesale pricing strategies to maximize RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and total hotel revenue.
  • Analyze market demand, booking pace, competitive positioning, and economic trends to identify revenue opportunities.
  • Manage inventory controls, rate availability, length-of-stay restrictions, and yield strategies.
  • Monitor and optimize distribution channel performance, including Hyatt.com, OTAs, GDS, and third-party partners.
  • Assist in implementing and evaluating promotional offers, packages, and special pricing initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field; equivalent professional experience considered.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of progressive hotel revenue management experience.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and revenue reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of hotel distribution channels, pricing strategies, forecasting methodologies, and demand management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively and independently in either an on-site or remote environment while supporting Hawaii Standard Time business hours.
